    المادة ( 1 ) يُنقل من شرطة دبي إلى المركز، التالية أسماؤهم: 1 . الدكتور/ عمر طارق سالم عبيد السويدي. 2 . الدكتور/ راشد محمد سعيد حميد اليماحي. 3 . الدكتور/ عبدالرحمن جمعة محمد شرف. 4 . الدكتور/ يوسف يعقوب يوسف أبو الريش المنصوري. 5 . الدكتور/ علي عبيد محمد أبوغزيز السويدي.

    2 الجريدة الرسمية لحكومة دبي السنة 57 العدد 632 6 أكتوبر 2023 م 21 ربيع األول 1445 هـ ويُعين كُل ٌّ منهم قاضيا ً في المركز، ويُمنح كُل ٌّ منهم نهاية مربوط الدرجة الخامسة لقاضي ابتدائي أول، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 وتعديالتها المشار إليهما. النقل والتعيين على الدرجة السابعة

    المادة ( 2 ) يُنقل السيد/ المر سلطان بطي بن م جرن المري، ويُعيّن قاضيا ً في المركز، ويُمنح بداية مربوط الدرجة السابعة لقاضي ابتدائي، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 وتعديالتها المشار إليهما. العمل في المركز

    المادة ( 3 ) يتولى رئيس المركز بموجب قرار يصدر عنه في هذا الشأن، توزيع القضاة المشمولين بأحكام هذا المرسوم على الدوائر والوحدات التنظيمية التي يتألف منها القطاع القضائي بالمركز. السريان والنشر

    المادة ( 4 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من تاريخ 3 يوليو 2023 ، وينشر في الج ريدة الرسمية. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 13 سبتمبر 2023 م > الموافــــــــ ــــــــــــــ ق 28 صفر 1445 هـ
