    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The following two land plots amalgamated into the Jebel Ali Free Zone pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (3) of 2023 are hereby allocated to the DDA: 1. Plot No. (5325492), Saih Shuaib Third; and 2. Plot No. (5330386), Saih Shuaib Fourth. b. The land plot, whose boundaries and area are demarcated on the plans attached to this Decree, is hereby deemed a free zone. ©2023 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The companies and establishments licensed to operate within the land plot referred to in paragraph (b) of Article (1) hereof will be governed by the legislation applicable to the DDA. The DDA will exercise the powers assigned to it under the legislation applicable thereto within the land plot, and over the companies and establishments licensed to operate therein. Concessions and Exemptions

    Article 3

    Article (3) The companies and establishments licensed to operate within the land plot referred to in paragraph (b) of Article (1) hereof will enjoy the concessions and exemptions prescribed pursuant to the legislation applicable to the DDA and other legislation in force in the Emirate. Compliance

    Article 4

    Article (4) All companies and establishments licensed to operate within the land plot referred to in paragraph (b) of Article (1) of this Decree must comply with its provisions within six (6) months from the effective date hereof. The Director General of the DDA may, where required, extend this grace period for the same period. Repeals

    Article 5

    Article (5) Any provision in the above-mentioned Decree No. (3) of 2023 and in any other legislation is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Publication and Commencement

    Article 6

    Article (6) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
