DARI
داري
DARI is Abu Dhabi's official digital real estate platform, operated under the emirate's real estate regulator. It brings the property lifecycle into one portal: title deed services, tenancy contract registration, sale and mortgage transactions, broker and project verification, and market data for the emirate. DARI plays a role in Abu Dhabi similar to the combination of the Dubai REST app and DLD services in Dubai — it is where owners pull ownership documents, landlords manage leases, and buyers verify that a project or broker is licensed before committing money. Investors and residents meet DARI when transacting Abu Dhabi property; lawyers use it to obtain ownership evidence, confirm registration status and check developer credentials in due diligence, conveyancing and property disputes in the capital.
