UAE Education LawCabinet Resolution No. (57) of 2026 Regarding the Service Fees and Administrative Fines of the Ministry of Education

Article (1) Definitions For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise: State : The United Arab Emirates. Ministry : The Ministry of Education. Minister : The Minister of Education. Professional License : An authorization issued by the Ministry that entitles its holder to practice professions related to the education sector in the State.

Cabinet Resolution of 2026 Regarding the Service Fees and Administrative Fines of the Ministry of Education 2 General Education Institution : Any public or private educational institution in the State that provides educational and instructional services from kindergarten through secondary education, including kindergartens, public and private schools, technical and vocational schools and institutes (pre- higher education level), and continuing education centers (pre- higher education level).

Article (6) Final Provisions 1. The fees and administrative fines prescribed in this Resolution shall be collected by such means as may be determined by the Ministry of Finance. 2. For the purposes of collecting the fees and administrative fines prescribed in this Resolution, any part of a day shall be deemed a full day, and any part of a month shall be deemed a full month. 3. The fees collected shall be deposited into the State's Treasury Single Account. 4. The revenues generated from the Professional License service fees prescribed in this Resolution shall be allocated to cover the operating costs arising from the implementation of the Professional Licensure process, provided that the annual financial costs shall not exceed the total revenues collected. 5. Non-profit private General Education Institutions shall be exempt from the licensing, renewal, and amendment of particulars fees prescribed in this Resolution.

Article (9) Publication and Entry into Force of this Resolution This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. (3,000) 15 Failure to obtain the Ministry's approval for the appointment of employees or to notify the Ministry of the termination of their services.
