    Article 1

    Article (1) In application of this resolution, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed thereto hereunder unless the text indicates otherwise: The United Arab Emirates. : State The Office of Civilization and Promotion of Human Values. : Office Activities, works, events, and services that aim to impact and promote civilized aspects and human values, in accordance with the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. (12) of 2022, referred to, and the resolutions issued pursuant thereto, encompassing all cultures and religions. : Sector Federal or local government authorities responsible for the sector. : Concerned Authorities Federal or local government authorities, or other civil and private authorities operating within the sector. : Competent Authorities

    Cabinet Resolution of 2024 on Organising Events in the Civilization Sector and Promoting Human Values 2 Exhibitions, seminars, conferences, workshops, forums, meetings, and other related events within the sector, held or organized by the competent authorities outside the State, or organized within the State with the attendance and participation of foreign figures. : Events

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Office, in coordination with the concerned authorities, shall develop and promulgate a regulatory framework for events held by the competent authorities or in which the competent authorities participate.

    Article 3

    Article (3) In order to enable the office to achieve its objectives and develop organizational plans for annual events in accordance with the organizational framework stipulated in Article Two hereof, the competent authorities shall provide the office with the events that they will hold, organize, or participate in.

    Article (4) The head of the office shall promulgate the resolutions necessary to implement the provisions hereof.

    Cabinet Resolution of 2024 on Organising Events in the Civilization Sector and Promoting Human Values 3 This Resolution shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance. The concerned authorities shall execute it within their respective jurisdictions, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
