    Article 1

    Article (1) The Technical Regulation for Safety Requirements for Modified cars, the number and title of which are shown in the Table attached to this Resolution, is a Technical Regulation that is mandatory to be applied in the United Arab Emirates.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Technical Regulation No. (UAE.S 5014:2016) with the title Safety Requirements for Modified Vehicles approved by the aforementioned Cabinet Resolution No. (45) of 2016 shall be repealed.
