    Article (1) The following Federal Laws shall be repealed: 1. Federal Law No. (7) of 1973, Concerning Wireless Devices and Telecommunications. 2. Federal Law No. (7) of 1984, Concerning the Prices of Health Services and Fees of Health Certificates and Reports. 3. Federal Law No. (18) of 1995, Concerning Simple Crafts.

    Article (2) This Decree by Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect as of its date of issuance.
