Article (1) The Articles of Association of Emirates Post Group Company (Public Joint Stock Company), attached hereto, are hereby approved.

Article (182) of the Companies’ Law. As long as the Company remains wholly owned by the Authority, all the General Assembly’s authorities shall be entrusted to the Authority according to this Articles of Association, which means that the Company and the Board are not required to call for any General Assembly.
