Article (1) Definitions For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise: State : The United Arab Emirates. Establishment : Emirates Health Services (EHS). Chairman : The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Establishment.

Article (2) Service Fees a. Virtual telemedicine consultations (physician clinic consultations, nutrition clinic consultations, or physiotherapy services) shall be provided free of charge to UAE nationals and persons of equivalent status, whether or not they hold a health card issued by the Establishment. b. The fee specified below shall be collected from non-UAE nationals in return for virtual telemedicine consultations. Article (3) Collection of Fees The fees set out in this Resolution shall be collected by the means determined by the Ministry of Finance.

Article (4) Repeals Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.

Article (5) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall enter into force from the day following its date of publication.
