    Article 2

    Article (2) The waters located on the landward side of the Straight Baselines stipulated in Article One of this Resolution shall be considered internal waters of UAE in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. (19) of 1993 regarding the designation of UAE Maritime Zones.

    Article 3

    Article (3) Cabinet Resolution No. (5) of 2009 concerning the application of the Straight Baseline System on UAE Coasts shall be repealed.

    Article 4
