General UAE Legal Questions LawCabinet Resolution No. (62) of 2022 Concerning the Technical Rules of the Three-Piece Steel Round Cans used for Canning Food Stuffs in the United Arab Emirates

Article (1) The Technical Regulation for “Three-Piece Steel Round Cans used for Canning Food Stuffs”, whose number and title are identified in the schedule annexed to this Resolution, shall be considered a mandatory technical regulation in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) All concerned authorities, existing at the time of enforcement of this Resolution, shall adjust their statuses to comply with its provisions within (365) Three Hundred Sixty-Five days as of its date of enforcement.
