General UAE Legal Questions LawCabinet Resolution No. (22) of 2022 Approving Technical Regulations in a Number of UAE Sectors

Article (1) The Gulf Technical Regulations, numbering (153) one hundred and fifty-three regulations, whose numbers and titles are stated in the Table attached to this resolution, are Technical regulations that shall be applied in the UAE.

Article (2) All Relevant Authorities existing at the time of the implementation of this decision shall adjust their status in accordance with its provisions within (180) days from the date of its implementation, except for the application of Technical Regulation No. (GSO 2106: Infant Milk, Follow-up Milk, and Milk for Special Medical Use), for which the Relevant Authorities are granted a period to adjust their status ending on December 31, 2023.
