    Article 1

    Article (1) The Fee A fee of (AED 5,000) Five Thousand Dirhams shall be collected when submitting a grievance application to the Supreme Committee for Medical Liability formed pursuant to Cabinet Resolution No. (14) of 2020 aforementioned.

    Article (2) Fee Collection The fee stipulated in this resolution shall be collected by means determined by the Ministry of Finance.
