    Article 1

    Article (1) In implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and phrases shall have the meaning assigned to each, unless the context requires otherwise: Authority : General Civil Aviation Authority. Chairman : Chairman of the Authority. Approved Air Carrier : Any establishment licensed by the Authority to practice the approved air carrier activity in accordance with the requirements of the National Project of Approved Air Carrier

    Article 2

    Article (2) Service Fees The Authority shall collect a fee, for licensing or renewing the license of an approved air carrier, as per the following schedule: No Service Fee (in AED) 1 Issuing an approved air carrier license for (12) months 100,000 2 Renewing an approved air carrier license for (12) months 100,000

    Article 3

    Article (3) Amendments of Fees The Cabinet shall have the competence to make any amendments to the fees stipulated in this Resolution, whether it is an addition, omission, or amendment.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Fee Collection The fees stipulated in this Resolution shall be collected by the means determined by the Minister of Finance in coordination with the Authority.

    Article 5

    Article (5) Executive Resolutions The Chairman shall, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, issue the resolutions necessary for executing the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 6

    Article (6) Publication and Enforcement This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force (60) sixty days as of its date of publication. Mohamad bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by Us, On: 18/ Shaaban/ 1443 A.H. Corresponding to: 21/ March/ 2022 AD
