    Article 1

    مادة ( 1 ) يسمى هذا النظام " نظام مكافأة نهاية خدمة قضاة المحاكم والمفتشين القضائيين من غير المواطنين في ةإمار دب ي ".

    Article 2

    مادة ( 2 ) ( 1 ) يستحق قضاة المحاكم والمفتشين القضائيين من غير مواطني الدولة مكافأة نهاية الخدمة على النحو التالي: اتب شهر عن كل سنة من سنوات الخدمة الخمسر ـ األولى. ـ اتب شهر ونصف عن كل سنة من سنوات الخدمة الخمس التاليةور . اد على ذلك.اتب شهرين عن كل سنة مما زور ـ ( 2 ) ا ً كامالً، ويكون حساب المكافأة علىء الشهر في حساب مدة الخدمة شهريعتبر جز أساس آخر اتبر أساسي استحقه القاضي أو المفتش القضائي عند انتهاء خدمته.
