    Article 1

    مادة ( 1 ) يسمى هذا النظــام " نظام رواتب الق ضاة المواطنين رقم ( 3 ) لسنة 1999 ".

    مادة ( 2 ) تحدد رواتب القضاة المواطنين وما يستحقونه من عالوات وبدالت وفقا ً للجدول الملحق بهذا النظام .
