    مادة ( 1 ) يستبدل بنص المادة ( 2 ) من النظام رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 1996 المشار إليه ، النص التالي : تحدد الرواتب األساسية للقضاة على النحو اآلتي: بداية المربوط العالوة السنوية نهاية المربوط ( أ ) رئيس محكمة التمــيي ز 22.000 ــ 22.000 عضو محكمة التمــيي ز 15.000 300 18.000 رئيس محكمة االستئناف 15.000 300 18.000 عضو محكمة االستئناف 13.000 200 15.000 رئيس المحكمة االبتدائية 13.000 200 15.000 قاض ي المحكمة االبتدائية 11.000 200 13.000 ( ب ) السابقة عالوة غالء معيشة مقدار ةالفقر في المذكورون القضاة يمنح ها 500 همدر شهرياً. ( ج ) المحكمة ورئيس االستئناف محكمة ورئيس التمييز محكمة رئيس من كل يمنح االبتدائية بدل همنصب مقدار 1.500 ًهم شهريادر .
