    Article 1

    Article (1) The salaries and benefits of the UAE national and non-UAE national Members of the Judicial Authorities in the Emirate of Dubai will be governed by: 1. the above-mentioned Resolution No. (21) of 2022, for non-UAE national Members of the Judicial Authorities; 2. the above-mentioned Resolution No. (13) of 2024, for UAE national Members of the Judicial Authorities; and 3. any other resolutions to be issued by the Ruler or the Chairman of the Judicial Council in this respect. ©2024 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 2

    Article (2) a. The above-mentioned Law No. (10) of 2009 is hereby repealed. b. Any provision in any other legislation is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law. Commencement and Publication

    Article 3

    Article (3) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 1 March 2024 Corresponding to 20 Shaban1445 A.H.
