    Article 1

    Article (1) The following names, wherever mentioned in the above-mentioned Law No. (1) of 2012, in any other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai, or in the applicable legislation relevant to any Government entity in the Emirate of Dubai, are hereby replaced by the names indicated opposite each of them: Law No. (1) of 2012 Concerning the International Humanitarian City: Law No. (1) of 2012 Concerning Humanitarian Dubai. International Humanitarian City: Humanitarian Dubai. International Humanitarian City Authority/ IHCA: Humanitarian Dubai Authority/ HDA. ©2024 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 1 March 2024 Corresponding to 20 Shaban1445 A.H.
