Article (1) The designation “Executive Director of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency” is hereby amended to “Chief Executive Officer of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency”, wherever mentioned in the above-mentioned Law No. (12) of 2016, in the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, and in any other local legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai. Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
