Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 7 July 2022 Corresponding to 8 Thu al-Hijjah 1443 A.H.

Article (14) a. In managing its accounts and records, HIPA will apply the rules and principles of government accounting. b. The signing of contracts and agreements, and of bank remittances, cheques, and account management instructions issued by HIPA to the concerned banks in the UAE, ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

Law No. (16) of 2022 Amending Law No. (1) of 2019 Concerning the Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award Page 2 of 2 will be subject to the financial approval powers bylaw approved by the Board of Trustees and the Office in accordance with the relevant legislation in force. c. The financial year of HIPA will commence on 1 January and will end on 31 of December of each year. d. The accounts of HIPA will be subject to control and audit by the Financial Audit Authority.
