Article 1
Article (1) a. A departure fee of seventy-five dirhams (AED 75.00) will be collected from every passenger departing the United Arab Emirates through Dubai airports. b. The following categories are hereby exempted from payment of the fee referred to in paragraph (a) of this Article: 1. passengers below the age of two (2) years; 2. on-duty pilots and cabin crew; 3. transit passengers whose arrival and departure flight number is the same ; and ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
