    المادة ( 1 ) تكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية، حيثُما وردت في هذا المرسوم، المعاني المُبيّنة إزاء كُل ٍّّ منها، ما لم يدل سياق النّص على غير ذلك: اإلمارة : إمارة دبي. الحاكم : صاحب السُّمو حاكم دبي. نائب الحاكم : سُمُو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، النّائب األوّل لحاكم دبي. المكتب : مكتب سُمُو نائب حاكم دبي. المُدير العام : مُدير عام المكتب.

    المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 11 مايو 2026 م الموافـــــــــــ ق 24 ذو القعدة 1447 هـ

    المادة ( 5 ) أ - يكون للمكتب مُدير عام يتم تعيينُه بمرسوم يُصدِرُه الحاكم، بناء ً على توصِية نائب الحاكم. ب - يُطبّق على المُدير العام أحكام القانون رقم ( 8 ) لسنة 2013 المُشار إليه والقرارات الصّادرة بمُوجبه. ج - يتولّى المُدير العام اإلشراف على إدارة المكتب وتسيير شؤونه، ويكون مسؤوال ً مُباشرة ً أمام نائب الحاكم عن ضمان قيام المكتب بالمهام والصالحيّات المنُوطة ب ه بمُوجب هذا المرسوم والقرارات الصّادرة بمُقتضاه والتشريعات السّارية في اإلمارة، ويكون له على وجه الخُصوص المهام والصالحيّات التالية: 1 . ترتيب وتنظيم جدول أعمال نائب الحاكم. 2 . إعداد التقارير بشأن الموضوعات التي يتولّى المكتب دراستها، ورفعها إلى نائب الحاكم للتو جيه بشأنها. 3 . رفع التقارير الدوريّة إلى نائب الحاكم، المُتضمِّنة نتائج أعمال المكتب وإنجازاته، والعقبات التي تعترِضُه والحلول والمُقترحات التي يُوصي بها. 4 . مُتابعة تنفيذ توجيهات نائب الحاكم بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنيّة، ورفع التقارير الالزمة في هذا الشأن إلى نا ئب الحاكم للتوجيه بشأنها. 5 . اإلشراف على الجهاز التنفيذي للمكتب ومُتابعة أعماله. 6 . تمثيل المكتب أمام الغير، وإبرام العُقود واالتفاقيّات الالزمة لتمكين المكتب من القيام بالمهام والصالحيّات المنُوطة به بمُوجب أحكام هذا المرسوم والقرارات الصّادرة بمُقتضاه والتشريع ات السّارية في اإلمارة. 7 . أي مهام أو صالحيّات أخرى يتم تكليفُه ُ بها من نائب الحاكم. الجهاز التنفيذي للمكتب

    المادة ( 6 ) يكون للمكتب جهاز تنفيذي يتكوّن من المُدير العام وعدد من المُوظّفين، الذين يسري بشأنهم أحكام القانون رقم ( 8 ) لسنة 2018 المُشار إليه.
