    المادة ( 1 ) يُرقّى أعضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة المُبيّنة أسماؤهم في الجدول المُلحق بهذا المرسوم إلى ب داية مربو ط الدرجة، والمُسمّى الوظيفي، المُوضّحيْن قرين كُل ٍّّ منهم، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 13 ) لس نة 2024 المُشار إليه وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات أعضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة المُواطنين المُلحق به. السّريان والنّشر
