    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) تُلحق بالمنطقة الحُرة للمركز، قطعة األرض رقم ( 5211016 )، الواقعة بمنطقة مدينة المطار ، المُبينة حدودها ومساحتها في الخارطة المُلحقة بهذا المرسوم. تطبيق التشريعات

    Article 2

    المادة ( 2 ) أ - تُعتبر قطعة األرض المُشار إليها في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم منطقة حُرة، وتسري عليها وعلى الشركات والمُؤسسات التي يتم الترخيص لها بالعمل داخلها أحكام القانون رقم ( 9 ) لسنة 2015 المُشار إليه والقرارات الصادرة بمُوجبه. ب - تُمارس سُلطة المركز في المناطق المشمولة بقطعة األرض المُشار إليها في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم، وعلى الشركات والمُؤسسات التي يتم الترخيص لها بالعمل داخلها، ذات الصالحيات المُقررة لها بمُوجب القانون رقم ( 9 ) لسنة 2015 المُشار إليه والقرارات الصادرة بمُقتضاه والتشريعات السارية في إمارة دبي.

    Article 3

    المادة ( 3 ) تتمتع الشركات والمُؤسسات المُرخص لها بالعمل داخل قطعة األرض المُشار إليها في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم بذات المزايا المُقررة بمُوجب القانون رقم ( 9 ) لسنة 2015 المُشار إليه والقرارات الصادرة بمُقتضاه والتشريعات السارية في إمارة دبي ، بما فيها اإلعفاءات الضريبية. توفيق األوضاع

    Article 4

    المادة ( 4 ) أ - على جميع الشركات والمُؤسسات المُرخص لها بالعمل داخل قطعة األرض المُشار إليها في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم، توفيق أوضاعها بما يتفق مع أحكام التشريعات المعمول بها لدى المركز، خالل سنة واحدة من تا ريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم، ويجوز لرئيس مجلس إدارة المركز تمديد هذه المُهلة لمُدة مُماثِّلة عند االقتضاء. ب - على سُلطة المركز وسُلطة الترخيص التِّجاري المُختصة، بحسب األحوال، نقل قيد الشركات والمُؤسسات المُرخصة من قِّبَلِّها وقت العمل بهذا المرسوم والعامِّلة داخ ل قطعة األرض المُشار إليها في المادة ( 1 ) منه إلى المركز، على أن تستمر هذه الشركات والمُؤسسات في مُزاولة أعمالها على أساس مبدأ االستمرارية ودون أي انقطاع. اإللغاءات

    Article 5

    المادة ( 5 ) يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا المرسوم. النّشر والسّريان

    Article 6

    المادة ( 6 ) يُنشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به من تاريخ نشره. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 17 نوفمبر 2025 م الموافـــــــــق 26 جمادى األولى 1447 هـ
