    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) يعين قاضيا ً في المركز، كل من: 1 . السيد/ فتحي صالح حسين محمد حماد. 2 . السيد/ أحمد جمال الجيوشي محمد. ويمنح كل منهما بداية مربوط الدرجة الرابعة ل قاضي استئناف، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 21 ) لسنة 2022 المشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومخصصات أعضاء السلطة القضائية غير المواطنين الملحق به. التعيين على الدرجة الخامسة

    المادة ( 2 ) يعين السيد/ محمد نبوي علي جمال عابدين، قاضيا ً في المركز، ويمنح بداية مربوط الدرجة الخامسة لقاضي ابتدائي أول، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 21 ) لسنة 2022 المشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومخصصات أعضاء السلطة القضائية غير المواطنين الملحق به.

    المادة ( 4 ) يتولى رئيس المركز بموجب قرار يصدر عنه في هذا الشأن، توزيع القضاة المشمولين بأحكام هذا المرسوم على الدوائر والوحدات التنظيمية التي يتألف منها القطاع القضائي بالمركز. السريان والنشر

    المادة ( 5 ) يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من تاريخ 8 سبتمبر 2025 ، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 18 سبتمبر 2025 م الموافـــــــــــــق 26 ربيع األول 1447 هـ
