Article (2) The American School of Dubai hereby succeeds to all rights and obligations of the Cultural Foundation. All assets, funds, and property of the Cultural Foundation, including real estate, movable assets, equipment, and devices, will devolve to the American School of Dubai. Implementation of the Decree

Article (3) The American School of Dubai must coordinate with the concerned government entities, in particular the Community Development Authority in Dubai and the Knowledge and Human ©2025 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article 4
Article (4) The above-mentioned Decree No. (8) of 2004 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication
