    Article (1) Pursuant to this Decree, the Cultural Foundation, established under the above-mentioned Decree No. (8) of 2004, is dissolved. Succession and Transfer

    Article (2) The American School of Dubai hereby succeeds to all rights and obligations of the Cultural Foundation. All assets, funds, and property of the Cultural Foundation, including real estate, movable assets, equipment, and devices, will devolve to the American School of Dubai. Implementation of the Decree

    Article 4

    Article (4) The above-mentioned Decree No. (8) of 2004 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication
