المادة ( 2 ) تُحدَّد الحُقوق الوظيفيّة والمُخصّصات الماليّة للقائد العام للدِّّفاع المدني في دبي، وفقا ً للتشريعات السّارية على المُنتسِّبين العسكريين المحليين العاملين في إمارة دبي، وعلى وجه الخُصوص القرار رقم ( 8 ) لسنة 2012 والقرار رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2015 والقرار رقم ( 28 ) لسنة 2025 المُشار إليها.
