المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن الدكتور/ شريف محمد حافظ عبدهللا ، قاضي ابتدائي أوّل، ويُمنح بداية مربوط الدرجة الخامسة لقاضي ابتدائي أوّل، وفقا ً للقرار رقم ( 21 ) لسنة 2022 المُشار إليه، وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات أعضاء السُّلطة القضائيّة غير المُواطنين المُلحق به. السّريان والنّشر

المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من تاريخ 13 أكتوبر 2024 ، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 22 أكتوبر 2024 م الموافـــــ ـ ــــــق 19 ربيع اآلخر 1446 هـ
