    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) يُعدّل مقدار الرسم المُحدَّد في البندين ( 1 ) و( 2 ) من المادة ( 3 ) من المرسوم رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2015 المُشار إليه، والذي يُستوفى نظير عمليّات الصرف الصحي التي تُقدِّمها البلدية، من شاغلي الوحدات العقارية المربوطة بالشبكة العامة للصرف الصحي أ و المربوطة بشبكة صرف صحي خاصّة يتم تشغليها واإلشراف عليها من قبل البلدية، ليُصبح على النحو التالي: - ( 1.5 ) فلس اعتبارا ً من األول من يناير 2025 وحتى الحادي والثالثين من شهر ديسمبر 2025 . - ( 2.0 ) فلس اعتبارا ً من األول من يناير 2026 وحتى الحادي والثالثين من شهر دي سمبر 2026 . - ( 2.8 ) فلس اعتبارا ً من األول من يناير 2027 .

    المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من األول من يناير 2025 ، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دب ي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 10 يوليو 2024 م الموافــــــــــــــــــــق 4 محرم 1446 هـ
