    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) يُنقل المُفتِّش القضائي، السيد/ أحمد محمد مال هللا الحمادي، إلى النيابة العامة، ويُعين على الدرجة الثانية لمحامي عام، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات أعضاء النيابة العامة المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 3 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. الحُقوق المُكتسبة

    المادة ( 2 ) يُراعى عند تسكين عضو ال نيابة العامة المُشار إليه في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم، عدم المساس بحقوقه المكتسبة، بما في ذلك الراتب اإلجمالي أو األقدمية في الدرجة القضائية التي كان يشغلها قبل النقل.
