    المادة ( 2 ) يُعيّن نائبا ً لرئيس المجلس التنفيذي إلمارة دبي، كُل ٌّ من: 1 . سُمُو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم. 2 . سُمُو الشيخ أحمد بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم. 3 . سُمُو الشيخ أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم.

    Article 4

    المادة ( 4 ) أ - يُلغى بموجب هذا المرسوم، المراسيم التالية: 1 . المرسوم رقم ( 28 ) لسنة 2005 بتعيين أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي. 2 . المرسوم رقم ( 51 ) لسنة 2005 بتعيين عضو في المجلس التنفيذي. 3 . المرسوم رقم ( 30 ) لسنة 2006 بتعيين رئيس المجلس التنفيذي.
