    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكّل مجلس إدارة المؤسسة، برئاسة مدير عام هيئة الصحة في دبي ، وعُضويّة كُل ٍّّ من : 1 . مساعد القائد العام لشرطة دبي لشؤون التميز والريادة نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة المرور والطرق بهيئة الطرق والمواصالت ًعضوا 3 . ممثل عن وزارة الصحة ووقاية المجتمع ًعضوا 4 . ممثل عن اإلدارة العامة للدفاع المدني بدبي ًعضوا 5 . ممثل عن مؤسسة دب ي الصحية األكاديمية ًعضوا 6 . المدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة ًعضوا ب - تتم تسمية ممثلي الجهات المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة من قبل مسؤولي تلك الجهات، على أن يكونوا من ذوي الخبرة واالختصاص في مجال عمل المؤسسة. اإللغاءات
