    Article 1

    Article (1) Pursuant to this Decree, the Supreme Real Property Planning Committee in the Emirate of Dubai, established pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (33) of 2019, is abolished. Repeals

    Article 2

    Article (2) The above-mentioned Decree No. (33) of 2019 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication

    Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
