    Article 1

    Article (1) The Board of Directors of the ICD is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and with the membership of: 1. H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as vice chairman; 2. H.H. Sheikh Ahmad bin Saeed Al Maktoum, as member; 3. H.E. Mohamed Hadi Al Hussaini, as member; 4. H.E. Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashimi, as member; 5. H.E. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, as member; 6. H.E. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, as member; 7. H.E. Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh, as member, and 8.     Article (2) Where the Board of Directors of the ICD is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in Article (1) of this Decree, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members. Managing Director
