    Article 1

    Article (1) a. As of the date on which this Decree comes into force, the following will be transferred from the AMF to the MBRCH: 1. the duties and functions assigned to the AMF under the above-mentioned Decree No. (53) of 2005, the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, and other legislation in force in the Emirate; ©2023 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Decree No. (4) of 2023 Transferring Al Maktoum Foundation to the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment Page 2 of 3 2. the ownership of the real property, movables, assets, devices, equipment, and other property of the AMF, including any budget funds available as of the effective date hereof; and 3. the AMF employees deemed by the MBRCH essential to enable it to achieve its objectives and perform the duties and functions assigned to it under the above-mentioned Decree No. (13) of 1997 and other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai. These employees will be governed by the relevant human resources regulations applicable to the MBRCH and will retain their existing rights. b. The MBRCH hereby succeeds to all rights and obligations of the AMF. Compliance

    Article 2

    Article (2) The AMF and the MBRCH must coordinate with the concerned entities in the Emirate of Dubai to comply with the provisions of this Decree within no later than three (3) months from the date on which this Decree comes into force. The Chairman of the Executive Council may, where required, extend this time frame for the period he deems appropriate. Issuing Implementing Resolutions

    Article 3

    Article (3) The Chairman of the Executive Council will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree. Repeals

    Article 4

    Article (4) a. The above-mentioned Decree No. (53) of 2005 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. b. The bylaws, regulations, and resolutions issued in implementation of the above-mentioned Decree No. (53) of 2005 will continue in force, to the extent that they do not contradict this Decree or the legislation, regulations, resolutions, and bylaws applicable to the MBRCH, until new superseding bylaws, regulations, and resolutions are issued.

    Article 5
