Article 1
Article (1) a. As of the date on which this Decree comes into force, the following will be transferred from the AMF to the MBRCH: 1. the duties and functions assigned to the AMF under the above-mentioned Decree No. (53) of 2005, the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, and other legislation in force in the Emirate; ©2023 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Decree No. (4) of 2023 Transferring Al Maktoum Foundation to the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment Page 2 of 3 2. the ownership of the real property, movables, assets, devices, equipment, and other property of the AMF, including any budget funds available as of the effective date hereof; and 3. the AMF employees deemed by the MBRCH essential to enable it to achieve its objectives and perform the duties and functions assigned to it under the above-mentioned Decree No. (13) of 1997 and other legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai. These employees will be governed by the relevant human resources regulations applicable to the MBRCH and will retain their existing rights. b.
