المادة ( 1 ) يُعيَّن سُمُو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ًنائبا ً أوّال لحاكم إمارة دبي، وسُمُو الشيخ أحمد بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائبا ً ثانِيا ً لحاكم إمارة دبي، على أن يُمارِس كُل مِنهُما الصالحيّات التي يُعهَد بها إليه من قبل الحاكم. اإللغاءات

المادة ( 2 ) يُلغى المرسوم رقم ( 5 ) لسنة 2008 المُشار إليه. السّريان والنّشر

المادة ( 3 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 28 أبريل 2023 م الموافــــــــــــ ــــــ ــق 8 شوال 1444 هـ
