    المادة ( 1 ) يُشكَّل مجلس إدارة سُلطة المدينة، برئاسة معالي/ محمد إبراهيم الشيباني ، وعُضويّة كُل ٍّّ من: 1 . السيّد/ إبراهيــــم محمـــد بومـــلحة نائبا ً للرّئيس 2 . معالي / ريـم بنت إبراهيـم الهاشمي ًعُضوا 3 . السيّد/ عبدهللا عبدالرحمن الشيباني ًعُضوا 4 . السيّد / راشـــــد خـليــــفة بالهـــول ًعُضوا 5 . الدكتور/ انــريــــكي شــــتايــــجر ًعُضوا 6 . المُديـــر التنفيذي لسُلطة المديــــنة ًعُضوا

    المادة ( 2 ) يتولّى رئيس مجلس إدارة سُلطة المدينة مُزاولة المهام والصالحيّات المنوطة برئيس السُّلطة المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2012 المُشار إليه والقرارات الصّادرة بمُوجبِه والتشريعات السّارية في إمارة دبي. اإللغاءات

    المادة ( 3 ) يُلغى المرسوم رقم ( 42 ) لسنة 2019 المُشار إليه، كما يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا المرسوم. السّريان والنّشر

    المادة ( 4 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة . محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 6 أبريل 2023 م الموافــــــــــــق 15 رمضان 1444 هـ
