    Article 1

    Article (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other legislation, the location and boundaries of the Jebel Ali Port are hereby defined by the map and geographic coordinates attached to this Decree. The port encompasses the waters and facilities within and between the Eastern Breakwaters and Western Breakwaters, including all shipyards and other yards constituting the inner and outer harbour.     Article (2) a. Ships will be subject to mandatory pilotage within the Jebel Ali Port, whose boundaries and location are specified in Article (1) hereof. The DPA may exempt from mandatory pilotage ship masters who regularly frequent the Jebel Ali Port, ship operators who are licensed by the DPA, or any ship for reasons related to its size.     Article 3

    Article (3) a. The DPA will, in coordination with the Roads and Transport Authority, designate a maritime navigation route for Group Maritime Transport within the Jebel Ali Port boundaries specified in Article (1) of this Decree. b. The DPA may, in coordination with the Roads and Transport Authority, modify the maritime navigation route designated in accordance with paragraph (a) of this Article in the event of introducing any updates or modifications to the Jebel Ali Port plan. Repeals

    Article 4

    Article (4) Any provision in the above-mentioned Law No. (4) of 1979, or in any other legislation, is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication

    Article 5
