    Article (1) a. Pursuant to this Decree, the mandate of the special Tribunal formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (34) of 2009 is terminated. b. All claims and applications to be filed after the effective date hereof with respect to the financial liabilities of the Debtor, Abid Ramadan Abdullah Saeed Ra'ae Al Boom, will be registered with the competent courts.     Article (2) The claims and applications that have not yet been determined by a definitive decision or award of the special Tribunal, formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (34) of 2009, will be referred, without charging any additional fees, to the competent ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 3

    Article (3) The above-mentioned Decree No. (34) of 2009 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication
