    Article (1) Pursuant to this Decree, the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management (the “HAIPM”), established pursuant to the above- mentioned Decree No. (18) of 2016, is abolished. ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Chairman of the Executive Council will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree. These resolutions will determine the entities to which the rights and obligations of the HAIPM, which is abolished hereunder, are transferred; and the legal position of HAIPM employees. Repeals

    Article (3) a. Pursuant to this Decree, the following legislation is repealed: 1. Decree No. (18) of 2016 Establishing the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management; 2. Resolution No. (2) of 2016 Approving the Charter of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management; 3. Decree No. (1) of 2020 Forming the Board of Trustees of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management; and 4. Resolution No. (2) of 2020 Appointing the Secretary General of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management. b. Any provision in any other legislation is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Publication and Commencement

    Article 4

    Article (4) This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 13 October 2022 Corresponding to 17 Rabi al-Awwal 1444 A.H.
