Article (1) Pursuant to this Decree, the Hamdan bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management (the “HAIPM”), established pursuant to the above- mentioned Decree No. (18) of 2016, is abolished. ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article (2) The Chairman of the Executive Council will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree. These resolutions will determine the entities to which the rights and obligations of the HAIPM, which is abolished hereunder, are transferred; and the legal position of HAIPM employees. Repeals
