    Article 1

    Article (1) The ownership of Land Plot No. 5910130 located in Jebel Ali First Area is hereby transferred from the Dubai Financial Support Fund to the Expo City Dubai Authority. Rights and Obligations

    Article 2

    Article (2) All rights and obligations of the Dubai Financial Support Fund in respect of the land plot referred to in Article (1) hereof, and any constructions thereon, are hereby transferred to the Expo City Dubai Authority. ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 3

    Article (3) The Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Land Department must, each within its own jurisdiction, take the action required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree. Commencement and Publication

    Article (4) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 7 July 2022 Corresponding to 8 Thu al-Hijjah 1443 A. H.
