    Article 1

    Article (1) a. As of the date on which this Decree comes into force, the shares owned by the DDA in Empower, representing thirty percent (30%) of its share capital, are hereby transferred to the Company. b. The Company hereby succeeds the DDA in respect of all the rights and obligations of the DDA under the above-mentioned Law No. (10) of 2003 and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof.     Article (2) The term “DDA”, wherever it occurs in the above-mentioned Law No. (10) of 2003 and the resolutions issued in pursuance thereof, is hereby replaced by the word “Company”. ©2022 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
