    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكّل مجلس أمناء المُؤسّسة برئاستنا، وعُضويّة كُل ّ من: 1 . سُمُو الشيخ حمـدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتـوم نائبا ً للرّئيس 2 . سُمُو الشيخ مكتـوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتــوم ًعُضوا 3 . الشيخ أحمـــد بن محمـــد بن راشـــد آل مكتــــوم ًعُضوا 4 . الشيخة منـــال بنت محمـــد بن راشــد آل مكتـوم ًعُضوا 5 . الشيخة لطيــــفة بنت محمـــد بن راشـد آل مكتوم ًعُضوا 6 . الشيخة ميثــــاء بنت محمـــد بن راشــد آل مكتوم ًعُضوا 7 . أمين عام المُؤسّسة ًعُضوا 8 . رئيس مجلس إدارة مُؤسّسة دبي العطاء ًعُضوا 9 . رئيس مجلس أمناء مُؤسّسة نور دبي ًعُضوا 10 . رئيس مجلس أمناء مُؤسّسة سُقيا اإلمارات ًعُضوا 11 . رئيس مجلس إدارة مُؤسّسة مكتبة محمّد بن راشد آل مكتوم ًعُضوا 12 . رئيس مجلس أمناء جائزة محمّد بن راشد آل مكتوم لإلبداع الرِّياضي ًعُضوا

    2 الجريدة الرسمية لحكومة دبي السنة 56 العدد 562 25 مارس 2022 م 22 شعبان 1443 هـ 13 . نائب رئيس مجلس أمناء مُؤسّسة محمّد بن راشد آل مكتوم لألعمال الخيريّة واإلنسانيّة ً عُضوا 14 . أمين عام المجلس التنفيذي إلمارة دبي ًعُضوا 15 . نائب رئيس مجلس أمناء مُؤسّسة بنك اإلمارات للطّعام ًعُضوا 16 . أمين عام جائزة الصّحافة العربيّة ًعُضوا 17 . األمين العام المُساعِد للمُؤسّسة ًعُضوا 18 . المُدير التنفيذي لمُؤسّسة محمّد بن راشد آل مكتوم للمعرفة ًعُضوا ب - إذا انتهت مُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس أمناء المُؤسّسة المذكورين في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، ولم يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس أمناء المُؤسّسة في أداء مهامِّهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم. السّريان والنّشر

    المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 14 مارس 2022 م الموافــــــــــــــــــق 11 شعبان 1443 هـ
