    المادة ( 2 ) يُعيّن األشخاص الواردة أسماؤهم في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم قُضاة ً في المركز، ويُمنح كُل ٌّ منهم بداية مربوط درجة قاضي ابتدائي، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 ، وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. توزيع القضاة

    المادة ( 3 ) ار يصدر عنه في هذا الشأن، توزيع القُضاة المشمولين بأحكاميتولى رئيس المركز بموجب قر هذا المرسوم على الدوائر والوحدات التنظيمي ة التي يتألف منها القطاع القضائي في المركز. السريان والنشر
