    المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن قاضِيا ً في محكمة التمييز كُل ٌّ من: 1 - اهيم سليمان النجار.السيد/ أحمد إبر 2 - اهيم محمد السعدني.السيد/ محمد إبر 3 - السيد/ محمد عبدالنبي محمد حسن األسيوطي. ي والمُخصّصات المالية لبداية مربوط قاضي تمييز، وفقا ً للقانوناتب الشهرويُمنح كُل ٌّ منهم الر رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات القُضاة غير المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. التعيين في محكمة االستئناف
