Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Trustees of the BUiD (the “Board of Trustees”) is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and with the membership of: 1. BUiD Vice Chancellor, as vice chairman; 2. Hussain Hassan Mirza Al Sayegh, as member; 3. Maitha Mohammed bin Udai, as member; 4. Dr. Yousef Ibrahim Al Akraf, as member; 5. Dr. Khalifa Ali Humaid Al Suwaidi, as member; 6. Simon Moon, as member; 7. a representative from the British Council in Dubai and Northern Emirates, as member; 8. a representative from Emirates National Bank of Dubai, as member; and 9. a representative from Rolls-Royce International Ltd., as member. © 2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. The term of membership of the Board of Trustees will be three (3) years starting from the effective date of this Decree. c. The representatives of the entities mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article will be nominated by the officials in charge of such entities. d. Where the Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties and exercise their powers until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
