    Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the DWE is hereby formed as follows: 1. Mona Ghanem Al Marri, as chairperson and managing director; 2. Hala Youssef Badri, as vice chairperson; 3. Huda Issa Buhumaid, as member; 4. Khawla Rashid Al Mehairi, as member; 5. Hana Abdul Wahed Al Rostamani, as member; 6. Huda Sayed Naeem Al Hashimi, as member; 7. Lamis Mohamed Hamdan Al Shamsi, as member; 8. Muna Darwish Busamra, as member; and 9. Lubna Qassim Bastaki, as member. The Board of Directors is appointed for a renewable term of three (3) years. © 2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.     Article (2) The resolutions passed by the former Board of Directors of the DWE from 28 December 2009 until the effective date of this Decree are deemed valid. Commencement and Publication
