Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the International Humanitarian City Authority is hereby formed under the chairpersonship of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, and with the membership of: 1. Ebrahim Mohammad Bu Melha, as vice chairperson, 2. Abdulla Ahmed Al Habbai, as member; 3. Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, as member; 4. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, as member; 5. Helal Saeed Al Marri, as member; 6. Hisham Abdulla Al Qasim, as member; 7. The Board of Directors is appointed for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
