    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority is hereby formed under the chairmanship of its Director General, and with the membership of: 1. The Chief Executive Officer of the Traffic and Roads Agency; 2. The Chief Executive Officer of the Public Transport Agency; ©2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict the Arabic text will prevail.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Licensing Agency; 5. The Chief Executive Officer of Strategy and Corporate Governance; 6. The Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Technical Support Services; and 7. The Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Administrative Support Services. b. The Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors will have the authority to add new members to the Board of Executive Directors from among the employees of the Roads and Transport Authority.     Article 2

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 11 May 2015 Corresponding to 22 Rajab 1436 A.H.
